KANETSUNE KC-170 series are made of whole AUS-10 stainless steel with a hardness of 60-62 HRC, which provides excellent edge retention. The edge of the blades is sharpened manyallyin a careful way one by one so that the sharpness is beyond expectation.
The handles are made of black plywood with stainless steel bolsters for beauty and durability.
