Shigeki Tanaka 33-Layer VG10 Damascus KYOKKO
The Shigeki Tanaka KYOKKO ("Aurora") series feature 33 Layered Damascus blade with a core of VG-10 stainless steel for professional with a hardness of 60-61 HRC, which provides excellent rust resistance and a long-lasting edge as well as its beautifulness.
"KYOKKO" is a word of good omen, the rising sun in Japanese, or "Aurora" in English.
These masterpieces are carefully forged & finished by the blacksmith Shigeki Tanaka with his own hands for their top-rate cutting performance.
